How To Maximize Your BCBS FEP Vision Benefits
1	Using your BCBS FEP Vision Benefits is easy and simple. First, select a participating BCBS FEP Vision provider from the provider directory. Available by: Click on the "Find a Provider" link on the BCBS FEP Vision Member Menu page. Or call 1-888-550-BLUE (2583) and ask for a provider listing to be mailed to you.
2	Visit the selected participating provider. When calling for an appointment or visiting the provider: Identify yourself as a BCBS FEP Vision member. Provider your name and identification information.
3	Go to the provider's office and receive an eye examination.
4	The participating provider will order any needed glasses or contacts and file all the paperwork.
5	Your provider will then contact you to return to their office for dispensing and fitting.
